I.S.A. (Integrated System Automation) programs have been developed to manage the broadest level of automatic control and traceability of the plating system.
I.S.A. works with Microsoft Visual Basic and uses the Microsoft SQL Server monitor and control all the key working parameters.  
Different versions of I.S.A program are available named  cyclic, multi-programming and smart transporter. In order to make the software easily re-usable for future applications and adaptable in the event that modifications  required on the line. foreseenAn example of some of the pages for setting-up the line in its principal parts:
-  number and type of tanks;
-  number and type of transporters;
-  number and type of rectifiers;
-  number and position of multiple rinses;
- dosing pumps and positions on which they operate number of
   temperature controllers and positions on which they operate.

It is possible to create a part data-base to manage the typical treatment data of each article:
-   code number;
-   finishes (recipes) required;
-   dipping time for all the electrolytic baths;
-   currents for the electrolytic baths;
-   ideal loading of the flight bars;
-   surface area of all parts (by calculation).

Process controls include:
-   level  control;
-   Process temperatures;
-   individual rectifiers;
-   Chemical feeds;
-   pH and conductivity;
-   Mechanical and/or Air agitation
